BTC Group is the preferred supplier for the hotel reservations for this exhibition.
Enter the date on which you'd like to check in and check out and click on search. If you wish to book multiple rooms for different dates, you can amend the dates per room further in the booking process.
Once you found the hotel you'd like to book, click the Book button and enter your details to make the reservation. Please read below coinditions first:
- BTC Group BV have to charge a fee of €10 per room reservation (not per booking, but per room). This fee do inlcude all reasonable changes after the initial reservation. The fee will be invoiced by BTC Group BV and for a quick payment, a credit card link will be added for your convenience
- For the payment of the reserved room (s), your creditcard will NOT be charged by BTC Group BV or the hotel. The credit card details will be forwarded to the hotel and the hotel will only charge the card in a case of no show or too late cancellation.
Room reservations of 10 and more rooms, will be read as a group request. BTC Group will contact you afterwards as for Groups (10 rooms and above) more strict cancellation and payment conditions apply.
